How to Build your Psychic/Clairvoyant/Empath Awareness




*I do not recommend Hallucinogenic for any of these exercises, in fact, it's better if you are clear headed because if some phenomena does happen you’ll blame the drugs for it happening and it’ll lessen the authenticity of your experience.

I recommend creating a ritual before each exercise, a prayer of support to the Creator (or any deity you’re happy with) to help you to be clear, strong and safe. To create an opportunity an intention for the very best to occur of the most Soul Mate part of the Mystery/Dreamtime to unfold gently before you.

Candle Exercise

You need two people and one candle to do this exercise. 

Place the candle on a coffee table or a kitchen table whichever one you feel most relaxed to you because you are going to be sitting around, staring into each other’s eyes for a long period of time.

Make sure that you will be undisturbed by any form of interruption, for at least 2 hrs.

Turn off anything that will make noise and be distracting.

Leave a window slightly ajar to create a small breeze that will affect candles flame. 

Light medium to large candle and place in the center of the table.

Turn off all lights so that it is completely dark. The darker it is the better so if you have drapes, draw them closed.

Sit on opposites sides of the candle so that you are directly facing each other and then focus your stare in each other left eye.

Do this for as long as possible without blinking.

Regulate your breathing as best you can. Slow inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 7 seconds, and exhale for 8 seconds and do this four times.

Do not panic when you start to see things that seem different and unusual move across your partner’s face. And try to perceive everything from 20 billion-year-old perspective.

Relax and control your breathing.

Do not talk to anyone in that time. Keep silent it works better.

Take breaks every ten minutes and discuss what it is you saw.

Mirror Exercise

You need one Mirror and one candle to do this exercise. If you are a novice do this exercise with a friend. 

I recommend doing this exercise in the bathroom mirror because it’s smaller and readily accessible. Also, your bathroom contains three source of water which creates energy very naturally on its own, this will add incredible boosts to your physic power.

Make sure that you will be undisturbed by any form of interruption for at least 30 minutes to one hour. Time will go by very quickly.

Turn off all devices, that will make noise and be distracting.

Turn off all lights so that it is completely dark. The darker it is the better so if you have drapes draw them closed.

Leave a door slightly ajar to create a small breeze that will affect candles flame.

Light small to medium candle and place behind you hip high if possible.

Focus your sight on your left eye when looking into the mirror.

Allow your eyes to lose focus.

Do this for as long as possible without blinking.

Running Through a Forest

I recommend doing this exercise with two people. If you’re going to do it alone beware it may be extremely hazardous.

Make sure you’ve got a good solid pair of running shoes, with good ankle support.

Please be very careful when you are doing this. Let someone know where you are going to do it and set a reasonable time limit for your return.

The next thing to do is find a park or forest that has a path that you can run down quickly. A narrow path would be better but if it will fit two then that’s great too.

If you are doing this with someone else give yourselves at least a 30-second gap between each other.

Align with the wolf call him/her into you and really feel them there before you begin. Howling inside your head 3xs calls the pack to you if you’re having difficulties. You can howl outside too but I recommend being alone for that it can really scare anyone who doesn’t have any idea of what you’re doing. Besides who needs to explain anything to anyone it takes up too much time and really its none of their business.

Now what I’m about to suggest you might think is a mad idea but what I want you to do next is “Run” as fast as you can for 20 to 30 minutes. Pretending to be a Wolf, the more you are the wolf the safer you’ll be. I’ve done it and it is possible.

Allow your eyes to lose focus while still being fully aware of the path. Let the wolf guide you.

Do not talk to anyone in that time. Keep silent it works better.

Do not panic when you start to see things off to the corners or your eyes that seem different and to try perceive everything from 20 billion-year-old perspective.

This is called spirit running and it will take you into the Other-Worlds, the Dreamtime. You will be “Running Between Worlds.” It is very exhilarating and you feel and see some interesting things in the process.

Swimming at Night in The Rain and The Fog

I highly recommend that you do this with another person. Do not do it alone. Be safe.

Find a spring fed lake or the more the fresh water you can find the better. The Ocean is worth trying to but make sure it’s very dark, raining and foggy.

I recommend doing this in the late spring; summer or early fall unless you live in a climate where you can do it all year round.
Go into the water to how you feel most comfortable. Without clothes is the best but it’s not essential.

Make sure (this is the key) that it’s a rainy, foggy dark night with no wind.

Don’t go too deep. 12 feet is good enough.

Think of being a Dolphin or an Orca and call them to you, become them and allow them to guide you through this exercise.

Then start to spin and twirl and dive deep into the water with your eyes open.

Special Note * Be aware that it’ll be hard to know where the surface is, so be cautious when letting out air.

Always keep track of your buddy while swimming. Work out that you will dive 3 times and then meet. Do this for at least 20 minutes if possible.

Have necessary emergency equipment (rope, life preserver in case someone gets overwhelmed and is drowning) on shore in case. The more you take to be safe the safer you’ll be.

Standing in a Storm

You can do this alone but I recommend two people.

When there is a huge wind storm go to the edge of a cliff, or to the top of a hill, or to the shore of a lake or an ocean.

This can be done day or night. I recommend at night for best results.

Stand in the storm and think of being a huge bird; Eagle, Falcon, Condor, Raven or an Owl. Call it to you. Open and extend your arms and let the spirit that shows up lift off into the sky.

Stay out in the storm for at least 1 hr.

Do not talk to anyone in that time. Keep silent it works better.

Make sure that you can’t see your buddy.


Chanting and Drumming

In the beginning, you could go with another person to share the experience with.

Sit facing each other so that your knees are touching.

This can be done with or without a drum. I prefer having a drum it really helps me to release, let go and relax.

Make sure that you will be undisturbed by any form of interruption for at least 2 hrs.

Go into a beautiful nature, by a lake, or in a forest, near a river or an ocean.

Begin drumming slowly and follow your heart (inspiration or your creative spontaneity). Pray and ask creator for help.

Don’t worry about being right. Let that go. Be you.

Let your mouth drop open, let it relax and then trust the sounds coming from your body.

Find a sound together and move the sound up and down and around. It’s all about exploration. Go really high tones and very low deep tones. Get Crazy! Be Wild! Have Fun!

Drum slow, drum fast, allow the rhythm to find you.

Do this for at least 30 minutes and then sit in silence for 10 minutes or longer without talking.

Discuss and repeat at will.


Special Note ***Realize you may see things that you may not understand or comprehend do not panic just because it appears dark or shaded does not mean its evil. It just might mean you don’t understand it and it’s a little bit frightening/overwhelming to your pedestrian human self. We have all been scared of this process of learning, it is the unknown, it takes the time to grow and become strong. It has taken me time and I have been overwhelmed frightening myself plenty. Finally, a Note of Caution:

Warning* I absolutely do not recommend the Ouija Board. I have used it and always found huge negative things occur around it.

If you have to use it or want to use it (now I’ve told you not to) Bless it before you use it. Create a sacred place before working with the Ouija Board, it is NOT a toy!
